Booking

When you are ready to book a session, please complete your booking on the website by choosing your package here. Please try to schedule your session at least a few weeks in advance, as spots fill quickly. If you are an expectant mother looking to book a newborn session, please click here and see FAQ #1.

Once you have booked your session online, I will call you to confirm and answer any questions you may still have. We will discuss your session location, image preferences, clothing, and who will be in the shots. You may also complete this information when you complete the online form via your shopping cart. I will also email you a Contract, which will need to be signed and returned to me. If you prefer to pay via cash or check, you may do so by scheduling a time to meet me. You may also return the signed contract to me at that time.

If you are scheduling a session that will include little ones, please keep in mind their nap schedule and plan an appropriate time that is convenient for the child’s rest and your family. If you or your child becomes ill, please reschedule your session as soon as possible.

Your final, edited gallery will be ready approximately 7-14 days after your session date. During the holiday season (November – December), this lead-time may be stretched to 14-21 days. If you order prints, albums or other merchandise, the lead times vary. Please contact me.

Payments, Cancellations and refunds:

·      Payment:

o   A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is due at the time of booking.

o   The remaining balance is due one week/7 days prior to your session date.

o   Select your session/package type here.

  • Please note that all SBP photo packages are priced based on the session taking place within a 20-mile radius of downtown Wilmington, NC. For sessions outside this area, please contact me for possible travel fees.
  • Also, gallery completion time is typically 2-3 weeks  post-session date. If you need your photos back more quickly than this, please contact me directly for rush options and fees. 

·      Cancellations:

o   If you cancel at least 15 days prior to your session date, you will refunded 100% of any balance paid, not-including the non-refundable 50% deposit.

o   If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your session date, you will be refunded 100% of any balance paid, not-including the non-refundable 50% deposit AND less a $20 Late Cancellation Fee.

o   If you cancel within 72 hours your session date, you will be refunded 100% of any balance paid, not-including the non-refundable 50% deposit AND less a $40 Late Cancellation Fee.

·      Rescheduling:

o   There are no fees charged to reschedule a session, as long as you notify me directly within 48 hours of your session. 

o   If you need to reschedule and do not notify me at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, a $20 Reschedule Fee will be charged. 

o   In the event of emergency or illness the day of your session and you need to reschedule, please call me as soon as possible.  

 If for some unknown reason/emergency, I am unable to appear at the specified session time and location, the deposit shall be refunded to you in full.
